Since 1 February 2016 it has operated under the name Dynniq. Dynniq stands for dynamic, intelligent and innovative.

Dynniq is derived from Imtech Traffic & Infra, in August 2015, the company was acquired by private equity company Egeria.

Acquired YSP and SSR to develop a stronger position in Scandinavia.

Acquired Peek Traffic and rebranded Nettenbouw to Imtech Traffic & Infra.

Imtech Traffic & Infra expanded it’s activities into Belgium.

The acquisition of WPS added parking to the solution portfolio whilst extending the geography to the USA and Canada.
